ReplyDeleteThe issue of providing an "appropriate education" versus a "minimal education" needs to be explored. MCPS hires private attorneys to get rulings of minimal education. When a parent challenges the system, MCPS uses the private attorneys to discredit, deny, deflect, and delay the issue. The child is the ultimate loser.
ReplyDelete...as are we all.
DeleteThe most disgusting attorney I've ever had the displeasure of seeing in action.
ReplyDeleteIt speaks volumes of MCPS that they sic this man on the parents of children with disabilities.
I don't blame Krew for being disgusting, but I do blame MCPS for this style of attack. Not very becoming and very caustic!!! Also, it doesn't say much for an appeal system in which the administrative law judges allow the "attack" on parents trying to advocate for their children with disabilities. The process is also demeaning to the teachers who usually give in and testify against the parents.
