It's the first day of school. Welcome back everyone. Auto drivers -- drive very carefully. Watch out for pedestrians, including our children who are crossing busy streets. SLOW DOWN. COME TO A COMPLETE STOP AT RED LIGHTS AND STOP SIGNS. STOP FOR THE SCHOOL BUS.
