WXY Studio appears to have worked with school systems about 3-4 times to create DIVERSITY PLANS. Below is the current Diversity Plan that WXY is doing for District 28 in Queens, New York. Here are the Process Goals for that project. Notice that capacity/overcrowding issues are not mentioned.
PROCESS GOALS
In addition to the overall goal of increasing school diversity in each of the districts, District 28 specifically hopes to achieve the following process goals:
• Increase access to D28 middle schools for all D28 students.
• Position student voice at the center of our work.
• Find new opportunities for social emotional learning, community building, and equitable resources for students across the district.
• Foster more inclusive and integrated middle schools.

WXY is seeking an Urban Planner \ Analyst based in the D.C. WXY works on a mixture of public and private sector projects. Examples of current and recent projects include:
· Masterplan strategies for public sector clients
· Stakeholder engagement and community-based planning
· Planning research and analysis for school boundaries
· Feasibility study for land development
· Public realm concept designs
· Brownfield redevelopment studies

· Work related to urban planning and urban design contexts
· Demonstrated interest in economic or community planning and development
· Demonstrated entrepreneurial and leadership skills, including interpersonal and public speaking skills
· Graphic design, mapping, graphic representation, presentation, and geo-analytical skills
Qualifications:
· Master’s degree in urban planning or related field(s) preferred.
· 1-3 years of experience urban planning, economic / community development, urban design or equivalent.

I hope the parents of Montgomery County are on guard against WXY. They are wolves in sheep's clothing, hired by the respective BOE/DOE to push their agenda down your throats while making parents think they are actually influencing the outcome. Challenge the BOE/DOE to fire WXY and have parents involved in choosing the facilitator. Otherwise, record EVERYTHING. Video, audio, all of the suggestions and objections raised. Document everything in writing and bring it up again and again until they address all concerns. Don't let them tell isolate dissident voices and use the crowd against you. This is your school system.
