***Breaking*** Atty Gen of MD Letter of Advice: County Council Violates State Law when it appoints, swears-in, and seats its appointees to the MNCPPC before the County Executive’s 30-day veto period expires. [Which is what they did in October of 2022.]
Typical closing statement of a Letter of Advice: "I hope that this letter of advice, although not an opinion of the Attorney General, is fully responsive to your question. Please let me know if I may be of further assistance."
County Council and planning board violated state law in March 2023 by immediately seating Bartley, Hedrick and Pedoeem

And justified with obfuscations.
Does this finding invalidate and reverse all decisions made by the interim Planning Board? Or does everyone get to just say "oops" and move on?
