No Bid Consultant Scores Big! $142,337 in March and another $33,564 in April!

Here's the name of the consultant:  Lenore Blank Kelner & Company.
It looks to be a small company as it is run out of a house in Silver Spring.

The owner of this "company" is an actress, director, author and educator according to this bio on the Kennedy Center website.

The "company" has been awarded a total of $175,911 in just 2 months! Wonder how much they will get in May? The job? Not acting, directing, writing a book, or educating.  The "company" has been hired by the BOE as a "Consultant for Title 1 Program Grant."  It must be one heck of a grant for the BOE to spend $175,911 on just the consultant.

The BOE took no other bids and there will be no discussion of this payment or of the job this consultant is expected to do for these sums.
