ABC7: MCPS leaders pledge 20,000 more background checks on those who work with students

  1. And who is going to fund this undertaking?
Are they going to double the bag tax?

  2. I feel sorry for the students who are being abused. Forget the task force and instead, do not allow administrators or teachers to cover up the abuse. That has been the history, because no one want to leave MCPS. Hold the employees or administrator responsible for not following Maryland State laws. There are students who reported and no one helped them. It happened to one of my students, and the perpetrator was allowed to leave the school, and ended up abusing in another school. Also, do not abuse the person who followed MCPS and Maryland State Law by reporting any case of sexual abuse. Make ALL l staff accountable for following policies and procedures or remove them from the system.

  3. Maryland State laws laden with legal loopholes.
