Well, not quite. However based on our research, we have found three people that could be new superintendent candidates: Heath Morrison, Frank Stetson, and Gregory Thornton.
The secret 'Community Committee' has it appears almost or has completed their interviews.

in reference to - "However based on our research, we have found three people that [who] could be new superintendent candidates." - what methods of research did you use? Could you share these methods, considering you're a fan of transparency? I'm sure I'm not the only one who's curious.

ReplyDeleteThere is no evidence. That's my point. It's speculation at best. So to post a misleading topic - in an effort to whop the county for its lack of transparency - is juvenile.
ReplyDeleteHi Anonymous@10:16AM,
ReplyDeleteYou are right that I am a fan of transparency. As you can imagine finding out about the finalists is like reading tea leaves at the Kremlin. It is not good for democracy. These are the lines of data we used: 1. up and comers in MCPS already, those who are FOJs (Friends of Jerry); people that were in MCPS and may (see the links) be interested in moving up or laterally; graduates of the Broad Academy, another favorite of this BOE and the current superintendent; talking to lots and lots and lots of people and gathering information. Following the bread crumbs.
If you have more questions or comments feel free to email me or ask here.
Thanks.
