We Paid for Starr's Attorney to Read the Contract

You bet. 

We are super generous here in Montgomery County, Maryland. We even paid for the new Superintendent's attorney to review his contract with the Board of Education. And the hourly rate for the attorney? At whatever the Board's outside counsel charges! Anyone know what that is?
