A May 11, 2011 Gazette article states that Adrian Talley will be taking over the MCPS Office of Shared Accountability from Acting Associate Superintendent Donald Kress.

Is this the same Donald Kress that retired from MCPS in 2007?
The same Donald Kress that was on the October 2008 African safari with Superintendent Weast?
Where did the money come from to pay for ANOTHER outside Consultant? How much has this outside Consultant been paid?
Media Specialists (librarians) and school counselor hours are being sliced. Do they know there is extra cash floating around MCPS?
We look forward to the MCPS Fact Check that details how this retired MCPS employee ended up back on the payroll this year and how much he was being paid. (Maybe he just volunteered?)
