If you have to say," this is not an endorsement," then it is.
ReplyDeleteI don't understand why you have chosen to compromise this site's integrity by apparently transgressing its objectivity with an endorsement. Why not set up your own site? Let me know if you need help. In the meantime, consider deleting this post or the one adjacent to it stating that there are no endorsements.
Michelle,
DeleteSorry for the confusion. We do not endorse as a group, but individuals are free to endorse on their own. And, as you can see, we don't always agree on who to vote for in an election! We have labeled the endorsement posts by the name of the person who made the endorsement.
But, what we all agree on is having informed voters! We have tried to put as much information as possible on this site to encourage voters to be informed. Included in our information is the video tape we made of the Montgomery County Civic Federation BOE Forum so that voters could see the candidates interacting together. That video has been viewed over 400 times!

There has been virtually no media coverage of this Board of Education election even though there were 9 candidates running for 2 seats!
Our goal is to get as many voters as possible educated about the choices in the BOE races. We hope we have helped to do that.
