Take Your Child to the Library Day This Saturday!

The second annual Take Your Child to the Library Day will be held on Saturday, February 2, 2013. Created by Connecticut children’s librarians Nadine Lipman and Caitlin Augusta, this has now become a nationwide campaign dedicated to bringing more children into their local libraries. With over 120 libraries and 15,000 attendees participating nationally, the grassroots movement was a tremendous success. More than twice as many libraries are participating in this year's event.
