Victim reaches settlement in MCPS scandal

That's not a real headline. 

We don't have numbers for the MCPS victims yet, but we will call this victim the very brave woman (click link for Statement of Charges summary) who has stepped out of the shadows to speak out against sexual abuse of children entrusted to their public school system.

Will she ever get justice in Montgomery County, Maryland?
