Thirty Thousand Dollars would have paid for a forensic audit of the Rock Terrace mess.
Instead, the Board of Education and Joshua Starr decided to spend the money on a self-serving memo that ignored relevant facts. They can commission all the memos they want, and try to cover it up all they want, but the facts remain that thousands of dollars belonging to students are still unaccounted for.
