The proposal to put a cell tower at Thomas S. Wootton High School is evidence of a systemic problem within Montgomery County Public Schools. Why is a principal of a high school in Montgomery County spending even a nanosecond on a project to raise revenue? Why isn’t 100 percent of a principal’s time spent on educating his/her students?
