How can there be no penalty for non-reporting if certain people are mandatory reporters?
ReplyDeleteHow can that be? Please ask your legislators, especially Brian Frosh, Jamie Raskin and Bobby Zirkin who were on the Senate Judicial Proceedings committee for years blocking legislation that would have protected children.
