      From the news story:

DAMASCUS, Md. - One of the five junior varsity football players charged in connection to an alleged locker room sexual assault at Damascus High School was sentenced to 100 hours of community service Wednesday after pleading guilty in juvenile court earlier this month to third-degree sexual offense, according to two sources with knowledge of the case.

The four other football players have been charged as adults.

    3. He was charged the same as the rest, but he was 14 and the rest are 15, thus the Juvenile status. What is reported by these sources is his alleged accepted plea... so his comment is applicable

    4. @9:12 Incorrect. You are not reading. The charges are not the same for the adults as for this juvenile. The charges are different. Age does not infer juvenile status either.
