New Poolesville High School Under Construction

A new, renovated Poolesville High School is under construction. Local leaders and community members gathered for a groundbreaking ceremony at the school on Monday.

Once complete, the new Poolesville High School will be about 234,000 square feet and will have capacity for 1,500 students, which is an increase of 400. The school is planned to open for the start of the 2025 academic year.
