...MCPS confirms out of 147 full-time school psychologist positions, there are 31 vacancies.

"There are so many competing positions out there and pay comes into it," said Jessica Baxter of MCPS.

Full time MCPS psychologists with a master's degree earn from $67,000 to $126,000 per year.
