We need an overbearing process to put in a sidewalk? To make that area ADA compliant?

MCDOT the pinnacle of bureaucracy,
ReplyDeleteI order to have a speed hump installed in a neighborhood street one must:
1. Nominate a block captain
2. Obtain signatures of all block residents
3. Submit application with $500 nonrefundable fee
4. Cross their fingers and wait for a decision
