§ 3-903 - Meetings :: 2013 Maryland Code :: US Codes and Statutes :: US Law :: Justia
The Board of Education has not held a legally constituted session since July 20, 2023.
The Montgomery County Board of Education has not met and has not taken any action in open or closed session to address the Beidleman investigation or to hire an investigator.
Ms. Silvestre speaks for only herself in the letter shown below.
Another incredibly helpful post by the Parents' Coalition. Why don't our lawmakers know this stuff and bring it up?
ReplyDeleteElementary, our lawmakers are career politicians who draft new laws, approved by committee consensus, which may be enacted into new laws at the risk of introducing new latent legal loopholes into the existing imperfect legal code.
DeleteDoes anyone have access to any of the emails sent directly to the BoE members complaining about Beidleman's behavior(FOIA)? If so, proof of these emails being sent should be sent in a letter to all of the same addressees as the letter above requesting that all of those Board members be removed from office/appointment.
