Montgomery County police arrested 13 teenagers for crimes involving carjacked or stolen vehicles. Five are students at Bethesda-Chevy Chase High School.
Was the suspect who put the gun in the victim's mouth an adult? If it was one of the minors, and that minor was released to his parents, this county has a serious problem.
