Will Starr be Interviewing while he is in NYC?

Superintendent Joshua Starr is a "strong contender" for the Chancellor of New York City Public Schools. 

 On Monday, Superintendent Starr will be part of the NBC Education Nation event in New York.

    If he's there on our dime (i.e. Montgomery County taxpayers are paying for his NYC trip) and he interviews for Chancellor of New York City Public Schools, HE should pay for his trip!
