High Schools, Middle Schools Should Begin Day No Earlier Than 8:30 a.m., American Academy of Pediatrics Says

  1. This is old news. There was research done in the previous century. The issues preventing implementation included excessive costs and after school sports sliding schedules. Also, the idea of swapping the starting times of grade school kids with older kids raised safety concerns.
