How much did we spend? And what was the educational return on that investment?
Bob Astrove
Did anyone think the same thing I did while watching the board meeting tonight? They cut the web supervisory position but nothing was said about the many layers of managers and supervisors in their TV department. Who the h*** is in charge over there? Do these people even know what communications is in this day and age? TV? Are you kidding me? And how many "communicators" are needed? It seems at least 3: Ms Alvez, Mr. Edwards and Mr. Tofig at my last count. Bob Astrove is right on. Cut the Alvez position. And while you're at it take a second deep look at the communications department. Pare those multiple management layers and move this organization into the present day.
