ReplyDeleteCost is irrelevant when its not your money to begin with. They'll simply raise taxes or increase the impact fees.
There is no need for a reevaluation of the process.
That no-bid artificial turf! Overpaying for plastic grass is what we love to do in Montgomery County and we will raise your taxes to do it!
