MCPS has a sizable public relations office. Couldn't someone in that office have explained how former MCPS administrator Susan Marks showed up back on the MCPS webpage as an Associate Superintendent after her 2 years as a superintendent in Connecticut? Associate Superintendent's are making what these days...$250,000?
