It is astonishing to attend a Due Process Hearing and personally see the stall tactics that the private attorneys use to "pad" their bills. Another day of hearing increases their pay by $6,300 or so. So, why focus the questions when it pays to repeat and use broad tactics such as trying to prove advocating parents are neglectful parents.
