Once again the solution is to spend more money when the solution needs to be criminal penalties for those whom fail to report child sexual abuse. Zuckerman says again, "we're going to do everything possible, blah, blah, blah." Code for different day, same old thing. MCPS needs to enact radical change beginning with an employee code of conduct. Children and parents have to sign codes of conduct, what about MCPS employees? The code for employees should spell out plainly what gets you fired with prejudice and CSA should be a bright red line in the sand, and you don't get turfed to another school district with a recommendation letter.
