Mass. reports 201 new coronavirus cases among public school students, 85 among school staffmembers: Another 201 coronavirus cases among students and 85 among school staff members were reported to state education officials for the week ending Oct. 28. A total of 589 cases among students and 318 among staff members have been reported to the state since Sept. 24.

- Medford and Somerville school districts are looking to team up with Tufts University to conduct regular testing of students who are learning in person.
