***Breaking*** Atty Gen of MD Letter of Advice: County Council Violates State Law when it appoints, swears-in, and seats its appointees to the MNCPPC before the County Executive’s 30-day veto period expires. [Which is what they did in October of 2022.]

  3. Does this finding invalidate and reverse all decisions made by the interim Planning Board? Or does everyone get to just say "oops" and move on?
