Maupin says the right question to ask is, "What can we do as a community...as a community, not just for my daughter, but for all young children?"
Montgomery County's dirty little secret is that many schools, especially east of 270, have at least one violent fight every day. The Churchill principal was correct when she said that it was only "black on black" crime and that unless you get involved you have nothing to worry about.
