The Weast Years: Removing kids from class prior to MSA testing
Thanks to the MCEA Advocate from September 2007 for noting their displeasure at the practice of school administrators removing students from classes on the eve of Maryland State Assessment (MSA) tests if they think the students aren't going to meet the proficiency standards.
