Meeting with council member nancy Floreen re: our budget. Interesting that she invited County taxpayer league.
Members of the Taxpayers League participated in the first annual Book Club: Budgetpalooza which was co-sponsored by the Civic Fed and the Parents' Coalition. They have an excellent understanding of the proposed FY14 budget that was released to the public a few months ago, and have gone through it, chapter by chapter.
