Anne Arundel County's Board of Education signed the "no brainer" deal with Milestone Communications last year, and last night the first elementary school in the County to be slated for a 2-3 cell tower compound on its playground responded to the "deal".

Mr. Duncan, who is running for Montgomery County Executive, was a manager at AT&T for over 10 years. No surprise this is where he lands. When he is elected County Executive the taxpayers of the County can start emptying out their wallets. If there is anything left besides lint by the time he takes office.
