ANNAPOLIS, MD (WBFF) - Anne Arundel County Schools is getting ready to bring some students back into schools, starting with special education students.
The problem: None of the teachers from the county’s three special education centers is willing to return to in-person learning this semester. Now district leaders say they’re considering mandating the teachers return, or replacing them.
