The Baltimore office of the FBI warns that complaints about cybercrimes against children are up more than 250% in the city alone, and nationwide, they said the numbers are staggering.

And that would do what? Nothing. Hard drives are easily replaceable.
DeleteAnd what good would it do to prosecute them based on our legal eagles' track record?
DeleteAt least it is a low cost, quick and effective response to "drowning."
This is the FBI, this is not a Montgomery County investigation.
