Kudos to Principal Darlene Simmons

The Parents' Coalition has looked at a lot of school audits over the years. We have even set up a web page and posted all of the audits that we have obtained. And we have written about the State Audit of MCPS. 


But in all of the school audits we have read, we have never seen a perfect one. Until now. 


Congratulations to Principal Darlene Simmons on a perfect Audit from the Office of Legislative Audits, Department of Legislative Services of the Maryland General Assembly on the John L. Gildner Regional Institute for Children and Adolescents (also known as RICA).


Imagine if all Montgomery County Public Schools had an audit that said:

"Our audit did not disclose any findings that warrant mention in this report."
