MCPS finally admits what we've known all along - policies do not apply.
Want proof?
Just look at the high priced legal response to an open meeting act complaint about the Superintendent selection process.
Its all an informal process. Really? Does that mean that Josh's contract is informal too?

ReplyDeleteThanks for the note on the typographical error. But there is actually no reason to try and put down the writer's child when you note a typo. That you claim to work with children, yet chose to slam children in your comment is very disappointing. Here's hoping that you are an administrator or outside consultant and actually never interact with students.

ReplyDeletePromethean Boards were about students? Do tell. That would be huge news to the rest of the county. Exactly what about students required one MCPS staff member to go out and spend $20 million+ without any Board of Education approval? "About the students" would be getting competitive bids on the comparable products so that as much money as possible was retained for CLASSROOM teacher salaries. You know, the people that work with actual students. Seen any actual students lately?
Spendthrift administrators hurt everyone in MCPS - including the students - and the county.
