WTOP: Mont. Co. school board hiring practices under fire


ROCKVILLE, Md. -- A Maryland parents group claims Montgomery County acted illegally when choosing its new schools superintendent, Joshua Starr.
The Parents' Coalition of Montgomery County recently filed a complaint with the state attorney general alleging Starr's hiring was not handled openly.
