MCPS made a decision behind closed doors to spend $72,644 in one month on an outside law firm to fight an investigation by the Department of Labor into the employment practices of the Rock Terrace School in Rockville.
Keep in mind that MCPS has their own in-house counsel and the use of Montgomery County attorneys.
