Mcps is turning into PG county. This is the type of thing you expect to hear about their schools and their BOE. The citizens there didn't pay attention until their schools were in the toilet then it was too late and anyone who cared about their kid's education left that county. Mcps is headed the same way. WAKE UP CITIZENS!
