Meh. The MCPS special ed lawyer gets $6000/day. She's in the wrong specialty. Oh and BTW: thought we had in house counsel. So if he doesn't do special Ed or employee matters-what does he do?
Is it even possible to fire a teacher? Am dealing this year with the worst I've seen. I think county has tried to discipline/get rid of him in the past but has been unable. He's been in at least 3 schools. I've been told he countersued the county. Meanwhile, all of his students suffer.
Wonder how much it cost to fire Daniel Picca and the other teachers who were "inappropriate" with children
