Summer Paglianete, the Quince Orchard social studies teacher reported to have visited Washington D.C. on Jan. 6 to participate in a pro-Trump rally aimed at overturning the results of the 2020 Presidential election, now teaches with the Montgomery County Public School’s Virtual Academy.
She teaches instructional technology, according to an MCPS spokesperson. During the current school year, MCPS offers a Virtual Academy that is full-time and is designed to serve students “with qualifying extenuating circumstances (including physical and mental health-related reasons, as well as demonstrated academic success during virtual learning),” according to MCPS’ website...
