Tiny Belmont Elementary with just 340 Students has Most COVID-19 Notifications of MCPS Elementary Schools

Belmont Elementary School is in Olney, Maryland.  According to the MCPS Schools at a Glance information, Belmont Elementary has just 340 students.  That puts Belmont Elementary as one of the smallest elementary schools in the County. 

Yet, Belmont Elementary has posted 7 COVID-19 positive case notifications since the start of the 2021-2022 school year. That is the highest number of COVID-19 notifications for an elementary school to date.
