MSI Soccer had advance notice of Brickyard MS land deal?

Take a look at the meeting minutes from the MSI Soccer Board of Directors meeting on November 16, 2010.
There's a reference to "Brickyard". Did MSI Soccer know that the Board of Education was planning to turn over the 20 acre Brickyard Road Middle School site to Montgomery County back in November of 2010? We look forward to MSI Soccer's response as to what the reference to "Brickyard" meant in these meeting minutes.

3. Field Development Report – Future public – private partnerships to develop new
soccer fields in the county were discussed.  The county still has not released the RFP
for field development at GXS, Brickyard, Potomac, Cabin John and Wheaton
Regional Park.   As soon as the RFPs are released, MSI will prepare and submit a bid
where appropriate.
