Here is the 2009 correspondence that started the plan to move the 20 acre Brickyard Middle School site to the County Executive for transfer to a private organization.
Of course, the public had no clue this plan was in the works until March 3, 2011 at 6 PM.
And then the public had exactly 2 business days to find out what was going on.
